Currently we don't collect any personally identifiable data.
We collect de-identified data in order to improve our products. This includes but is not limited to: operating system. system configuration (cpu, number of cores, amount of memory, etc), how you use vscode and our extension, timestamp of events, localization information, timezone, and performance information.
It's possible to opt-out of such data collection. In order to do so, turn off application-wide telemetry setting in VS Code as directed by the VS Code documentation before installing the extension: https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/supporting/faq#_how-to-disable-telemetry-reporting You could also change this setting if you later decided to opt-out of data collection later. Our extension respects this global setting as directed by extension guidelines published by Microsoft.
