We (Tooltitude LLC, a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, "Company") respect and protect the privacy of users of our Products (the site https://www.tooltitude.com, Tooltitude for Go extension, and other products and services provided by the Company). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we and our Partners collect and use your information.
Data Controller is a natural or legal person who either alone or jointly or in common with other persons determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal information are, or are to be, processed. We are a Data Controller for the personal data described in this policy.

By using our Products, you consent to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our Products.
What information do we collect?
- When you purchase and/or install our Products, you might be asked by us or our Partners to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, company name, city and state, and email.

- We also collect de-identified data (i.e. non personal data). This includes but is not limited to an operating system, a cpu model, number of cores, amount of memory, how you use vscode and extensions, timestamps of events, localization information, timezone, and performance information.

Your information may be stored on our servers or servers owned by cloud providers. Third-party cloud providers may not use your information except as provided in this Privacy Policy.

We may provide links to or compatibility with websites. However, we’re not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain.

Not Intended for Children
Our Website and Products are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly or specifically collect information from or about children under the age of 13.
Withdrawing Consent
If you wish to withdraw your consent to process your personal data, please contact us at contact@tooltitude.com. If you withdraw your consent, this will not make the processing that we undertook before you withdrew your consent unlawful.
